Cellairis Flagship Store We came up with a complete brand and product strategy to create portfolios and clear distinctive indicators, along with the visual language. This ensured Cellairis’ retail locations were aligned with their brand values. We ideated and worked with Innerworks, a world class architecture firm, and their founder/principle John Lay to ensure that Cellairis’ requirements were covered from all aspects. With focused consumer research, the Artifact team uncovered a variety of scenarios where key activity zones could be formed to create a POS (point of sale). Engaging customers with several options also improved their shopping experience through a comfortable and easily maneuverable store layout. Overcoming challenges in building a modular layout, we designed a stunning flagship store which opened up in Atlanta and others currently being deployed throughout the USA including a store-in-store concept at Walmart® locations. We thoroughly enjoyed working closely together with the passionate and inspiring teams on this project while analysing buying-selling behavior and patterns through clear collaboration and communication.
